Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Level Up Performance Training ("Level Up," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website, enroll an athlete, or communicate with us.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you enroll or contact us, we collect the athlete's name and program, the parent/guardian's name, email address, and (if provided) mobile phone number, and any messages you send us.
Payment information. Payments are processed on MindBody's secure hosted checkout. We do not collect or store your full card number; card details are entered directly on MindBody's page.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect limited technical data such as your device type, browser, IP address, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies).
Information from third parties. We use MindBody to manage memberships, class scheduling, and billing, and may receive related account information from that service.
How we use information
- To create and manage athlete and guardian accounts and process enrollments and payments.
- To provide classes, scheduling, and customer service, and to respond to your inquiries.

- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run our business:

- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- With your direction or consent.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.

Information about a minor athlete is provided to us by their parent or guardian in connection with training services. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 online without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us information without such consent, contact us and we will delete it.
Retention & security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
